Refund and Returns Policy

This return policy is applicable within 14 days of receiving a delivery from The entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days of receiving the product. To initiate the return on any jewellery purchased from – raise the request from my order dashboard or send us an email to or contact us on +91 98603 24532. On confirmation of the same, the product shall be returned to any Vernekar’s stores across India.


1. 100% refunds for returns within 14 days. No questions were asked. For return after 14 days, kindly check our Lifetime Buyback policy.

2. This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and verification that the packaging is complete with all documents, like original invoice copy, verified product certificate, etc.

3. Vernekar’s retains the right to calculate the refund amount of the product based on the quality assurance team’s final appraisal.

4. The refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. If any coupon, discount, or If promo codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount would be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount, or promo codes, as applicable.

5. Payment of the refund amount shall be made via online bank transfer to the customer bank account within 10 days of receipt of the product, subjected to a quality check and verification of documents. If the mode of payment were through online debit/credit card/net banking, the refund would be processed by reversal of the transaction.

6. Customized jewellery (including personalized/engraved products) is not eligible for a 14- day return policy.

7. A 14-day return is not applicable on a product purchased in exchange for bullions.

8. New products purchased against Lifetime Exchange Value or Old Gold Exchange value are not eligible for this return policy.

9. Return policy is not applicable on orders exchanged earlier under the 14-day exchange policy.

10. Vernekar’s retains the right to modify the terms and conditions for individual customers. In such a case, the customer would always be notified of the decision before the purchase.
