This buyback policy is applicable on jewellery after 14 days of purchase from https://vernekars.com/ To initiate the buyback, send us an email at Vernekarsdesignerjewellery@gmail.com or contact us on +91 98603 24532. On confirmation of the same, the product shall be returned at any Vernekar’s stores across India.
Note:
- This buyback policy is predicated on delivering the fair market value of jewellery and diamond solitaires. The prevailing market rate shall apply to all products.
- The store will perform a basic quality check after the product is received, and if eligible for buyback, will hand it over to the Ecom department. Once the product is received at the E – com department, it will be subjected to quality confirmation by our E-com quality assurance team.
- Vernekar’s retains the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product based on the quality assurance teams final appraisal.
- No buyback shall be made without the original invoice copy and original diamond certificate presented by the customer.
- Customized jewellery (including personalized/engraved products) is eligible for buyback.
- Vernekar’s retains the right to modify the terms and conditions for individual customers. In such a case, the customer would always be notified of the decision before the purchase.
